Affirm offers two main products that allow customers to make purchases in different ways: the Affirm Card (debit) and Affirm Payment Plans. However, Affirm Payment Plan is the product which work on our store. Customer have to choose Affim as a payment method instead of debit/credit card to input Affirm Card number during the checkout process. 

The answer is NO. This is one of major reasons to choose us. 

Few customers will get declined by credit/debit card during checkout. it may be due to your bank's card protection feature. This typically happens to ensure your security and prevent unauthorized transactions. To resolve this, please conirm your zip code is match the banks record.

If yes, please contact your bank's customer service center. Inform the representative that you attempted a purchase at Dive To Garden online store for a specific amount. They will review your transaction and can authorize it upon confirmation. Once approved by your bank, you may return to the checkout page on our website and complete your purchase.

Due to enhanced card protection measures, it's common for banks to decline transactions if the billing and shipping addresses differ. For a smoother transaction and to comply with bank card protection policies, we recommend setting your shipping address to match your billing address. If you need to use a different shipping address, please enter it as your billing address at the time of purchase. You can then contact us immediately after placing your order to update the shipping address

Yes. You will get email and text messages right after placing an order. Once we confirm the inventory status and processing time, we will send you another notification

Normally, we will wait for 12 hours to process your order in case you need to change or cancel it. Once your order is processed and confirmed, 3% of the processing fee will be deducted from the refund if you request to cancel it.  If the order has shipped, you have to follow our Return Policy

Refunds are processed once we cancel your order. Please allow up to 10 business days to see your refund shown on the bank statement. We suggest you use online or mobile banking to check your transaction cause it will appear faster. Please aware that if you cancel the order after we process it, 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. 

SHIPPING & RETURN

We will answer this question for NO. The time of freight to arrive the terminal depends on carrier's schedule and we can not control it.

Once the shipment arrived, terminal staffs will call you and it must be picked up in the next business day in order to void storage charge. please aware buyer's responsibility for this fee. 

Any orders made in our store are a big investment from the customer, we care about that. Compare with other retailers that just send emails with a tracking number and wait for complaints when something happened, we have a dedicated Shipping Coordinator team who will track each shipping every day in order to prevent troubles that may happen. 

We are preventing issues rather than waiting for them.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for most garden structures and accessories including greenhouses, carports, patio covers and more to the customer's address within the U.S. continental. The free shipping includes the Ground Parcel and LTL standard shipping.  Planta Greenhouses has a flat charge for curbside delivery or local terminal for pickup, check product page for detail.

We do offer an first-time appointment option on all LTL (freight) shipping for free. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer any appointment service for small parcel delivery. However, if you have a UPS or FedEx account, you may be able to request a hold for pickup or schedule your delivery, please contact them once we provide you the tracking number of your order. 

 

There are 2 types of tracking information you will get by email and text message. 

1. For orders shipped by UPS or FedEx. we will send you a regular tracking number with tracking link. 

2. For orders shipped by LTL (Freight), the Pro number with the trackable link will be sent once the carrier picks it up from our warehouse.

It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number shows on the carrier's website. Please contact us if you do not see updating after that. If your order shipped by LTL, please track your order by PRO number instead of BOL number. 

We are very sorry if this issue happened to you. It is frustrating. 

If your package is delivered, but you do not see it. Please check your front, back, or garage door, and your neighbor first. If you have CCTV or smart doorbell, check if you can find video footprints to prove delivery was missed or happened during a certain time frame. If your package is stolen, keep your evidence and contact your local police department. 

If you believe it had been delivered to the incorrect address. You must contact the carrier immediately with the tracking number which we provided for investigation. Most of the time, the carrier will send the driver to retrieve your packages and redeliver them to you.

At the same time, please report this issue to our customer service team, one of our rap will follow your case with properly resolution.

For the LTL delivery, you have to inspect the freight during the delivery. Document Proof of delivery or notice driver with any damage. Report to us also. 

For the smart parcel, do not refuse the package if you see any damage or part missing, contact us after delivery for further assistance. 

Always take pictures before opening the boxes as evidence until your installation is complete.

We can not apply the warranty policy to your greenhouse if it is damaged at the moment you receive the delivery. We have to claim to carrier or manufacturer in order to cover the cost of replacement. That is why we need pictures to prove that is not the customer's fault.

Customers have to pay the return shipping costs and the restocking fee will be charged subject to different brand's policies. 

PRODUCT RELATED

Sorry for the missing parts. Please sort items in packages or boxes again to make sure the issue and contact them directly to report it. We are happy to coordinate with brands to ship missed parts. 

Important: DO NOT BEGIN TO BUILD your greenhouse until you have full parts on hand. 

Prior to purchasing, we strongly advise consulting with your local code authorities or Homeowners Association (HOA). It's important to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines to guarantee a smooth and successful installation of your new greenhouse or garden structure.

The size of a greenhouse determines the amount of plants you can grow in it. And this one is filled faster than you think. You may start with a few tomato plants and some cucumbers, but soon other plants will follow and before you know it, your greenhouse will be full. So keep in mind that your hobby can expand over time and choose a conservatory as large as possible. Moreover, in a large greenhouse the temperature will remain more constant compared to a small greenhouse. This is clearly noticeable in the breeding results. The more constant the temperature, the better the growing results will be. An additional advantage is that it is easier to work in a large conservatory. After all, you have more room to maneuver and it is easier to do crop rotations.

GLASS : Traditional horticultural glass (3 to 4 mm thick) is most often used in greenhouses because it is cheaper than safety glass. However, it is less strong and when it breaks it shatters into sharp pieces. Safety glass is five to seven times stronger than horticultural glass and should it break in an extreme case, it will fall apart into small harmless pieces. All our conservatories are equipped with 4mm safety glass as standard.

POLYCARBONATE: If you want to completely prevent glass breakage and also want to pay attention to insulation, you can also opt for plastic windows. These consist of clear double sheets of polycarbonate. They insulate 40% better than single glass, which means less temperature fluctuations occur in the conservatory. An additional advantage of plastic is that the sun's rays are effectively filtered.

Polycarbonate is very strong. It won't break and can even withstand hailstones or the impact of a football. If you want to heat the conservatory in the winter, polycarbonate is definitely recommended because of its good insulation properties. The downside is that polycarbonate is not transparent and has a cheaper appearance than glass.
